Auctions are simple. Once you know the rules, of course.

We hope that the site will provide you with all the important information required for bidders and sellers. In case you are new to the world of commercial property auctions we would urge you to do your due diligence well in advance. Auction Vendors


Our vendor clients typically include pension funds, institutional investors, property developers, banks, retailers and public and private company clients.

Sales are held regularly throughout the year in Central London. Each auction consists of 70 to 100 lots, located across the country.

Do I need to register?

There is no need to register for our auctions unless you are planning to bid by proxy, by telephone or via the Internet.

However, if you are successful in purchasing property you will be required to have sufficient deposit funds in your account to cover the 10% deposit and a form of identification.
