Thinking of selling?

Future Auctions
23 October - Closing date 17 September
3 December - Closing date 31 October
Auctions offer one of the fastest ways of selling commercial property. From the moment the hammer falls on your property, completion is only 28 days away. The total time from instruction to completion can be as little as two months. Additionally it is a sales process whereby the best price is seen to be achieved on the day which particularly benefits executors and trustees.

Leading auctioneers

We are one of the UK's leading commercial property auctioneers and regarded as market leaders in the disposal of sale & leaseback investments. Over the last 5 years total sales have exceeded £1.5 billion, with an overall sale rate of 86%.

We specialise in the sale of retail, office, industrial and leisure investments. Typically lot sizes are up to £5 million, but we have sold lots in excess of £10 million, with one of the largest investments ever sold through the auction process selling for in excess of £12.5 million.

Benefits

Auctions play an increasingly important role in many companies' real estate strategy. They provide a fast and efficient method of sale which suits both vendors and purchasers alike with completion taking place 28 days from exchange of contracts on the fall of the hammer. It’s also an arrangement of particular appeal to executors and trustees.

The key is making sure you get your property to the right people: we mail catalogues to 18,000 potential buyers. We back this up with extensive promotion via the internet as well as in the national, specialist and local press.

Competitive bidding generates direct interest from a number of prospective buyers. Our job is to encourage them to bid. It’s a process that always achieves best price on the day. It is the nature of ‘best price’ that attracts trusts and executor sales.

Auctions can provide a vendor with a fast and effective method of sale and avoids any last minute renegotiation sometimes encountered in private treaty sales.

Our Auctions

Sales are held regularly throughout the year in Central London at 195 Picadilly, BAFTA, London W1. Each auction consists of 60 to 100 lots, located across the country. The auction dates can be at the top of this page, together with the closing dates for entries.
